[Cybil's face appears on screen looking...well, calm and collected because she's a cop, gdit, shit isn't supposed to weird her out. Okay so she does look a bit skeptical to say the least.]
This is certainly no nightmare, that's for sure. But Pokémon? Waking up in another house when I wasn't even sleeping? I don't think I was asleep, at least. This is getting too bizarre.
The things in the bag I was given...I mean, it's nice having working communication and a radio that actually plays music, but none of my things are in there. My gun's gone, and I don't like the idea of not having my gun when there are [camera pans to a Houndour standing at attention. It looks just as stern as Cybil does. She shifts it back to her face.] these things following me around. It hasn't attacked me yet but forgive me for not trusting dogs that look like they came right from Hell. I've had a pretty rough experience when it comes to monsters.
Please, tell me...what the hell is going on? It's a step up from the fog and...damn, seeing actual residents around sure as hell is nice but I'm convinced this is a dream and...[a sigh, she shakes her head and runs a hand through her short blond hair] I honestly don't know what to make of what's going on anymore. With this place, with Silent Hill and...
[a pause, and she eyes something off-camera (her Houndour) before returning her attention to the camera]
...I guess I'll just...wait and see if anyone responds and until then I'll be walking around this...'New Bark Town' asking the residents pretty much the same things I've just asked. Doubt I'll get any straight answers. And Harry, if you're somehow here too, please contact me as soon as possible, just so I can keep track.

[And he knew that his daughter was here in Johto. Man! Those Masons and their family drama!]
I thought so.
There wasn't hardly anyone there when I was there, maybe a few people... [Angela, Eddie, Laura, Maria...] Definitely not any police. So what exactly do you know about Silent Hill? [Your knowledge of Silent Hill intrigues him Cybil, Heather was able to chime him in on the cult and stuff, but what if there is info Heather didn't have? MAYBE YOU HAVE IT CYBIL, James wants to know!]
[LOL SORRY JAMES SHE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THAT PARANORMAL CULT FREAKY-ASS SHIT. JUST. the not-so-normal normal stuff that goes on behind the scenes.]
Funny, for a town that relies on tourism to keep it afloat, it sure can become quite the ghost town. It's really bizarre.
[A casual shrug.]
It's history, like most people in the area, but most of the things I know can't exactly be shared outside the inner-workings of the cops and detective work. But I know about the drug trade, and all the other dirty little nooks and crannies that place tries to hide from the public to make it seem like a nice wholesome town even though it reeks of unsavory atmosphere. Even without the fog and the current going-ons there, I can't look at that place the same way.
I'm happy that I live and do my work in Brahms.
[A simple nod.]
Silent Hill really is a messed up crazy place, it's pretty much the definition of irony.
[He listens intently, but it seems she knows about as much as he does, though the drug trade was a new one.]
Drugs? There were drugs in Silent Hill? [Even when he went to visit the town with his wife, he never saw anything like that. It wasn't till after that letter that things started to turn out so.. Weird. Hmmm.]
[it would be nice to see a familiar face. but...she's actually pretty surprised James is shocked about the drugs. she nods.]
They sell PTV to the tourists. You didn't know that?
[Video] SO LATE ;A;
I... Well no, I hadn't really heard about that stuff. I had gone to Silent Hill before on vacation with my wife, but I hadn't ran into any of that.
[Video] PFFT I'VE BEEN BACKTAGGING LIKE A BAMF MYSELF~
He has a habit of running off.
Really? I'm surprised, seeing as tourists are the ones who usually get addicted to that stuff. One of the ways they keep them coming back. You must've somehow avoided all that.
[Video]TOTALLY COOL I BACKTAG SO MUCH IT HURTS
I guess I'm more fortunate than the others. [You know, despite it being a devil town that he experienced first hand, the more he's here in Johto talking to others who have been there he's really disliking Silent Hill more. So much for being a special place :C]
